Chadwell Heath Dragons Win 2nd Place!
We’re proud to announce that Chadwell Heath Dragons has secured 2nd place in our latest Dragon Boat competition, Al Noor 2025– finishing just behind last year’s champions!
What makes this even more incredible? Our club is only three years old.

Vicctory at the Bradford Dragon Boat Race 2025!
Chadwell Heath Dragons, proudly supported by Empower Your Roots CIC, are thrilled to announce our 1st place win at the Bradford Dragon Boat Race 2025— beating some of the top expert teams from across the country!
The event was full of energy, with an incredible atmosphere and support from the British Army, local fire brigade, and even the Mayor of Bradford. A big thank you to the Bradford organisers for their warm hospitality.
It was also a joy to connect with amazing teams like the Yorkshire Shark Dragons and Bradford Barracudas— great paddling and great people!
This victory is a testament to the power of community, teamwork, and grassroots sport— everything Empower Your Roots stands for.
